Description
Founded in 1988 by Tony Kooyumjian, Augusta Winery overlooks the Missouri River Valley. Wines are vinted in small quantities, and the winery has won multiple gold and silver medals in international wine competitions across the U.S. including Pacific Rim, Riverside, Missouri Wine Competition and others.
Visitors can enjoy wines with locally produced cheese and sausage on the outdoor wine terrace or in the Wine & Beer Garden with its 10-foot grapevine-covered arbor above a peaceful fountain. Craft beers are also served, and free live weekend entertainment is provided from April to October. There’s also a gift shop with items for wine lovers.
