Greg and Christine Edmund began their journey when they purchased their home in 2016. The property included 10 acres that were partially planted with grapes. A consultant in comptuer programming, Greg took a step out of his comofrt zone when he took to managing, planting and harvesting grapes, along with making, storing and selling wine. Now a tasting room has been constructed, grapes have been planted, harvested, processed and thousands of bottles of wine are aging.
