Chardonel — Dry, White
Crisp, citrus aromas of grapefruit and Meyer lemon, with a supple, round mouth-feel. We allowed the fermentation process to begin “spontaneously” from wild yeasts present on grapes.
Pair with grilled poultry, broiled fish, shellfish, and pork loin. Fantastic with salads, light appetizers and homemade macaroni & cheese!
