Chardonel — Dry, White
Much like our 2003 vintage, our 2005 Estate Chardonel is beautifully complex and Burgundian in style. Aromas of peach, citrus and vanilla, with a hint of fig on the mid-palate. Aged and fermented in French oak barrels.
Pair with roasted nuts, creamy cheeses, shellfish, white meats in cream sauces and light pasta dishes.
