WINE STYLE
Rosé — Semi-Dry, Rosé
TASTING NOTES
The 2003 Norton Rosé is a blend of 80% Norton and 20% Seyval grapes. At 14.5% alcohol, this is not a wimpy White Zin-style wine, with prominent aromas of strawberries, red currant and pineapple. It has a full-bodied mouthfeel, and crisp acidity. This wine is unfined and unfiltered, so don’t be put off by the slight unsettling that may occur as in all hand-crafted, traditional garagiste wines. Serve this wine very cold. 75 cases of this vintage have been produced.
