TASTING NOTES
Apples make a light bodied wine very similar to Chablis. Apples have a very subtle flavor and aroma resulting in a delicate wine. With a lower acid content than many wines, the fruit retains it’s characteristics and identity best after fermentation when the wine is semi-dry or sweeter.
