TASTING NOTES
Blackberry wine is a variety which many of you may have previous experience. With a high acid content, this fruit displays it’s characteristics and identity best after fermentation, in a semi-sweet or sweet condition to help offset the high acid. Blackberries have an earthy flavor which makes an interesting contrast to their high acid level.
